Fall Favorites Are Out

Our new Fall Favorites are flying out of the kitchen.  We've brought back some real favorites and even introduced one newbie.

Wait, is that a Rueben on TOP of a Burger?  Why yes... yes it is!!  The Flanagan will blow you away!  An absolute explosion of flavors!

Lombardi BLT
Sliced Italian beef on swirl rye bread with a pepper mayo spread. Topped with fresh romaine, tomato and crisp bacon. Served with Maui onion potato chips  

Italian Trio
Capicola, hard salami & pepperoni stacked up with lettuce, tomato, Italian dressing & melted provolone cheese all loaded onto Gonella Bread & served with Maui onion potato chips

Chicken Pot Pie
A rich freshly made pot pie mixture loaded with chicken, peas, carrots and potatoes served in a softball sized sourdough bread bowl.

The Flanagan
Our famous 6oz gourmet Angus steak burger topped with corned beef, sauerkraut,1000 island dressing and Swiss cheese all on a rye bun. Comes with a side of our Maui onion potato chips.

Breakfast Club Comes to the Buns in Osceola

 Breakfast Club is coming!!

It's true!  Between the Buns in Osceola is going to hold a true Purdue style Breakfast Club!!

You see, a bunch of the management at the restaurant (and our corporate office) are Purdue Alum and we miss the good ole days when we used to get up on game day, get into our wildest costumes, toss back a few cocktails, jam with some great tunes and then enjoy a Boilermaker football game.

We're going to repeat this tradition on October 8.  The doors will open at 8am and the party shall commence.  

With a bunch of drinks and a lot of luck we can watch the Boilermakers of Purdue beat the Fighting Illini.  And if Purdue loses, well, we'll already be at a bar, so drowning our sorrows will be easy to achieve.  #BoilerUp

Football Fun Continues!

So two weeks of the NFL down.  We're having some fun now, aren't we?  QB's going down & out almost faster than we can pull them off our fantasy rosters.

You pretty much saw that one coming too I suppose.

If you're from Elkhart or Mishawaka and going to the Friday Night football game, the Buns AND Curve Cafe have you covered!

Our famous homemade ranch dressing has returned! We've decided to let other restaurants carry that premade stuff. We have proudly gone back to your favorite:Our homemade Ranch. 

Chicken strips day (today, every Wed) is one of my favorites, and now that we have our homemade ranch back, it's even better!

Dunk your strips into our great & apparently somewhat famous homemade ranch dressing! And at 5.99 for a full order of our hand battered chicken strippers + fries, Wednesday is definitely the day to come out & play!
